Returns Policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Sale items, accessories, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at sheikdresses.com and navigate to your order history.
- Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your items securely, attach the return label, and send them back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order online.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
